Manifesto

The future won't build itself. So we're building the infrastructure to build it.

We are building the operational memory for the next generation of business.

What Aerolink does today

Aerolink builds the AI operating layer for businesses moving beyond manual work.

We redesign workflows, deploy AI systems, and manage the operating layer that connects data, agents, approvals and ROI. Operating layer first. Compute and robotics expansion when the economics justify owning the stack.

The Problem

Businesses grow faster than their systems. It's a universal law of scaling.

When employees leave, knowledge disappears out the door. Training new team members is inconsistent, slow, and expensive. Critical processes live in people's heads instead of in company systems.

The Insight: Most tools try to document work. We believe tools should understand work.

Current documentation is dead on arrival. It's static, hard to maintain, and ignored by the people who need it most. To solve this, we stopped building "documentation tools" and started building operational intelligence.

Built in New Zealand

A founder-led, infrastructure-grade company, built from one of the most stable corners of the world.

The Solution

Turning real work into structured intelligence.

Aerolink captures real work as it happens, screen, voice, or activity, and automatically converts it into operational systems.

Record Reality

Capture work naturally. No writing manuals. Just doing the job.

AI Understanding

Our engine structures the chaos into clear, repeatable processes.

Instant Knowledge

Employees ask the AI how to do tasks and get instant, accurate guidance.

Scale Quality

Grow your team without diluting your operational excellence.

The Strategic Path

Based on milestones, not hope. Each phase unlocks the next only when real results prove readiness.

We don't raise money to figure things out. We raise money to scale what's already working.

Every dollar has a job. Every round has a gate.

Phase 1

Self-Funded

$1.2M–$1.8M. Build prototype. 10 paying users.

Prove the idea works with real customers and real money, no excuses, no safety net.

Phase 2

Seed

$4M–$6M. Hire core team. Reach $20K–$50K MRR.

Prove product-market fit. If people pay and stay, the idea is real.

Phase 3

Series A

$12M–$16M. Build sales engine. Scale to $1M+ ARR.

Scale distribution. Turn a working product into a growing business.

Phase 4

Series B & Beyond

Dominate the market.

Expand vertically, internationally, and cement Aerolink as critical infrastructure.

Our long-term vision is simple: allow organizations to scale infinitely without operational breakdown.

Why this matters

Operational chaos kills potential. Great ideas fail not because they are bad ideas, but because they cannot be executed at scale. By solving the memory problem, we unlock the true potential of human organizations.

We believe work should be creative, not repetitive.

CRISTIAN BATISTA

Founder & CEO

Serial entrepreneur and technologist. Cristian founded Aerolink to channel his obsession with building freedom through technology.

Cristian is a first-principles thinker, he breaks every problem down to its fundamental truths and reasons up from there, rather than building on assumptions or convention. This approach drives everything at Aerolink: questioning why things are done a certain way, stripping away complexity, and engineering solutions from the ground up.

Discipline. Execution. Generational impact.
